John Midenga is the Senior Partner and founding member of Midenga and Company Advocates, bringing over twenty-five years of distinguished legal practice to the firm. A seasoned litigator with extensive experience in constitutional law, judicial review, and human rights litigation, John has successfully argued numerous landmark cases before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Kenya. His strategic approach to complex litigation, combined with his deep knowledge of Kenyan constitutional jurisprudence, has earned him recognition as one of the leading constitutional lawyers in the country. John holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Laws degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law. He is an active member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society, and is regularly invited to speak at legal conferences and contribute to legal publications on constitutional matters.
