A seasoned litigator with extensive experience in constitutional law, judicial review, and human rights litigation, John has successfully argued numerous landmark cases before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Kenya. His strategic approach to complex litigation, combined with his deep knowledge of Kenyan constitutional jurisprudence, has earned him recognition as one of the leading constitutional lawyers in the country. John holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Laws degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law. He is an active member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society, and is regularly invited to speak at legal conferences and contribute to legal publications on constitutional matters.

Grace Wairimu serves as the Managing Partner of Midenga and Company Advocates, overseeing the firm's operations and strategic direction while maintaining an active commercial law practice. With over eighteen years of experience in corporate and commercial law, Grace has advised numerous local and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial dispute resolution. Her practice spans diverse sectors including financial services, manufacturing, technology, and real estate. Grace is recognized for her commercial acumen and her ability to structure complex transactions that achieve her clients' business objectives while ensuring full regulatory compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Secretary. Grace is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya, and the International Bar Association.

Daniel Kipchumba is an Associate Partner at Midenga and Company Advocates, heading the firm's conveyancing and property law department. With over twelve years of experience in property law, land transactions, and real estate development, Daniel has established a reputation for meticulous attention to detail and efficient handling of complex conveyancing matters. He has successfully managed high-value property acquisitions, commercial lease negotiations, property development agreements, and land dispute resolutions for a diverse clientele including property developers, financial institutions, government agencies, and individual property owners. Daniel's expertise extends to the intersection of land law and environmental regulation, and he regularly advises clients on compliance with the Land Registration Act, the Land Control Act, and the Environmental Management and Co-ordination Act. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Moi University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
