Our arbitration practice represents clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings governed by the Arbitration Act. We act as counsel in commercial arbitrations, construction disputes, investment treaty arbitrations, and ad hoc and institutional proceedings. Our advocates also serve as arbitrators and assist clients in drafting arbitration agreements, challenging arbitral awards, and enforcing domestic and foreign arbitral awards through the Kenyan courts under the New York Convention framework.
